Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the website and the MainPath.ai platform of doppelt.digital GmbH, Im Mediapark 5, 50670 Cologne.

2. Service

The platform provides tools and infrastructure for developing, operating and publishing software projects. The scope follows the chosen plan or a separate agreement.

3. Registration

Some functions require an account. Credentials must be kept confidential.

4. Duties

The platform may only be used within the law. Unlawful content, attacks on integrity and sharing of access are prohibited.

5. Ownership

The user’s content and code remain with the user so far as legally possible. Platform software remains the provider’s.

6. Availability

Uninterrupted availability is not owed unless expressly agreed.

7. Fees

The prices shown at the time of order apply, or separately agreed terms.

8. Liability

Unlimited for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence only for cardinal duties, capped at typical foreseeable damage.

9. Term

The user may close the account at any time unless agreed otherwise.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is Cologne where legally permitted.
